Re: Gamedev and Modding
is it the right place to shill my minetest mod that allows to smoke zaza in the game ?
Yes, yes it is. :D
Also, I've updated Attack of the Trilobites, there's a playable and completable MAP02 now! Though there's too much GRAY1 for my liking, and there's also probably a few other issues I have ...

Re: Gamedev and Modding
I have a 4th screenshot I couldn't upload because of the attachment limit. :p
While I'm here, I may as well give a fun fact; MAP01 was actually first made as a Terry WAD, for a "libre Terry WAD" project. I then decided that was just stupid because ZDoom is too bloated, and I just turned MAP01 into ...

Gamedev and Modding
For those who love making games and making things for games! I've got a bunch of projects under my belt, admittedly too many, but I'll start it simple with a Freedoom mod I've been working on recently; Attack of the Trilobites. There's a WAD in blitzstuff but I haven't updated it yet so as to not ...

seem like it really was namecheap censorship https://bsky.app/profile/neocities.org/post/3mnkenb35i223
Damn, that seriously came out of nowhere... I have (or had) a site on there too, but fortunately I do have an alternative. Speaking of, here's those aforementioned sites, I do own both of them ...

Re: Games to play together
I wonder how we would set up game servers if we did follow through with this? I can assume Amlux, having an HTTP host and possibly a forwarded port already, could figure something out, but I do know that, at least for some games like Teeworlds and OpenArena, there's already a bunch of empty ...

Re: What text editor do you use?
Back when I was still on Window$ I used Notepad++ for programming (and still used it via WINE when I was on Linux Mint). Then I learned how to use Vim and just started using that. I forgot if I tried any other text editors in between that, but all I know is that I stuck with Vim. I don't really care ...

Re: cool places on the 'net
http://toastytech.com/ is an interesting little site. It's got some anti-M$ stuff, Doom mods (he made the apparently well-received Mars War ), GUI reviews, and just a lot of stuff about the old Web in general. He has a strange obsession with Firefox and most of his stuff, if not all of it, is ...

Re: Share Your Drawings!
Seeing as I'm a bit of an artist myself (not necessarily a "good" one), I may as well dump a few things here. These are all public domain . by the way.

Re: Introduce Yourself
Hello! I'm a programmer, semi-mathematician (don't get me to do collision resolves) and professional lunatic. I found this forum through an email that drummyfish sent me, and before that I found Amlux himself through lurking around the small web (mainly also thanks to drummy). I figured I'd stop by ...
