I mentioned this in my introduction but my greatest achievement is beating I Wanna Kill The Kamilia 3, which I'd consider maybe the hardest or one of the hardest games of all time if you're not being pedantic and bringing up games that no one plays. You can watch my reaction to beating it in
this video. Although ironically the final boss isn't the hardest one in the game, the hardest one (in my opinion) is Piano which you can watch me beat in
this video. It took me 59 hours to beat. The whole game took me 473 hours although I did some unnecessary stuff like getting 80% of the crystals and doing the secrets (minus Secret 5 or any of the secret bosses).
Some other "I Wanna Be The Guy Fangames" that are somewhat hard I have beaten include I Wanna Be The Boshy, I Wanna Kill The Kamilia 2 (which is much easier than 3 but still hard), and I Wanna Lap Around which I consider a nice achievement because it's the hardest pure platforming-focused fangame I've beaten. It's also masterfully designed but hard to appreciate if you aren't autistic about fangames (and also probably impossible to beat).
And of course another achievement is maxing on Old School Runescape, which isn't really that hard and just takes a lot of time (~2000 hours). My bigger achievement in OSRS is getting an infernal cape which is extremely hard compared to anything else in the game and takes a lot of time, practice and dedication. I also got a quiver (you get it from the Colosseum which is a similar mechanical challenge to the Inferno) but it's easier IMO and also a full run takes way less time. Although those aren't really close to the hardest achievements in the game. I have a friend who achieved Grandmaster Tier and completed all Combat Achievements which includes basically doing the hardest challenges under certain restrictions so mine aren't really that impressive when compared. Although I am close to Master Tier but GM is basically impossible unless you get help from certain people on Discord lol. And some specific tasks are just too annoying to bother with.

Myst (1993) and Riven (1997): Beat with no walkthroughs. It was more of a collaborative effort with me and two IRL friends. But Riven especially is extremely obtuse and lateral at times.
I also beat Myst without a walkthrough on an old stream but I gave up on Riven. You basically need to spend a couple weeks with that game and write everything down, fuck that.
