Watched a documentary about Czech National Library of Technology, I've learned it's a pretty cool building, I like the doodles all around:
The floor "decoration" is ingenious for an engineering-related building: it is in fact the floor stress map. More red means there is more support of the floor. I guess they just exported it from the CAD software o algo.
