Not necessarily favorite albums, though I suppose a lot of them will be. Remember to put NSFW under a spoiler. But don't be afraid to post them. I love grindcore way too much not to allow them! This is such a rabbit hole that it's never going to be complete, so I'll just post some that immediately come to mind:

Nice picks! Also, you're pretty liberal with your NSFW definition. You don't have to be that afraid. Pretty much anything short of bare human genitals is fine. I would say those Naked City and The Gerogerigegege covers are fine to be unspoilered for example, not that it matters that much.

It's a bit of a meme in the classical music world but it fits the music and the composer so well. Most other classical album covers are just famous paintings or pictures of the conductor unfortunately. RIP the Mysterium.

An exhaustive list of just my favorite covers would quickly overwhelm this thread; curse my indecisiveness. For one that I both appreciate and find befitting of its music, Haunted Fish Cast Sideways Now by Trilogy comes to mind. Having listened to more experimental electronic since, it's not the most remarkable album, but one that's stuck with me strongly for its 'otherliness' across its pretty distinct tracks.
The same can be said of this iteration of the cover for Comarousal by DSIP (its pertinence to the album tracks vibes-wise.)
The most recent to strike my fancy is for Eurasia by Mitsukane Fukuzawa, which I'm listening to for the first time right now while eating a plate of french fries.
