Here is a simple tip. It is good to use a bouillon cube for a pasta sauce. I have seen that way on some Greek cooking sites.
Similarly it is good to make a pasta sauce with the leftover oil of
Zarangollo.

made this a few days ago and it was really good! i added pasta sauce and cheese to make it a chili. it's one of those "put whatever you have in your fridge" recipes that make it really versatile. i'm excited to use this recipe to try out different canned fish

i'm not gonna show a pic of what i made cuz i screwed it up (i didn't drain the lentils properly so it came out a little watery) and it looks gross

i made this sheet using
https://cooked.wiki/. you can paste an online recipe and it'll show you the simple steps and ingredients without distracting ads or the blurb before the recipe. the original is from shakayla felice on instagram

This might sound too obvious. But I have realised that whenever I don't want to break the shapes of ingredients, it is good to boil them a little in salt water before use.
