Alpine Linux if and only if you don't use proprietary programs (the only downside of Alpine is the lack of glibc, every precompiled GNU/Linux program depends on glibc which you can't have on Alpine unless you do some weird workarounds which are basically distro on top of the distro (chroots, flatpak, appimage)), when you only use FOSS programs (or use appimage or flatpak for the proprietary ones) Alpine is actually perfect
any distro that is STABLE where package versions DON'T MOVE AROUND EVERY SINGLE DAY, in other words nothing that is "rolling release", Arch is unminimal because it maximize the amount of time you spend fixing your config files due to breaking changes, maximize the amount of data that is being downloaded every time you pacman -Syu, maximize the amount of cortisol in your blood whenever you have to deal with all this bs
I think the best one apart from Alpine is Devuan, I know no other distro that is both stable and has no systemd and isn't a janky meme distro
there's also Slackware but its very unminimal since the base install is like 15GB and despite that still has a lot that's missing and kinda got no package manager
you can make Arch minimal by never updating the system & installing most things from source/tarballs/appimages (that's what I do with my artix machine which make me suffer every time I deal with the package manager)

Actually I was switching but couldn't
I was trying to get sndio working as thricegreat mentioned it which worked eventually but modern browsers like firefox and Brave(the one i use rn) do not support sndio at all so I had get pipewire and it is somewhat justified.
